Character(you may make a journal later): Marui Bunta
What do they look like now: Throughout high school and college has maintained a bit of a babyface, and attractive in the way he always had been; Cute. Not hot, or sexy or whatever. Marui is cute. He's in good (or at least decent. Passable?) shape, although not as good as he knows he could be. It's the price you pay when you're in your first year of med school and trying to hold down a part time job on the side. His hair is still pink, although he's not dying it as regularly as he used to thanks to a combination of piling school debt and also thoughts of his career and the need to get used to a more 'professional' (god that word freaks him out) image. A hint of black roots is common, and the color combination gives him an interesting look.
Their current job: Technically, he's still a student. First year of med school, let the panic begin! ..However. Being a student? Pays no bills. In fact it only creates more. So, in an effort to find enough money to keep him with a roof over his head and a not too terribly empty stomach, Marui works part time in the corner convenience store.
Current family they may be living with (if any. It's okay if they're living alone): Living allllll alone. The family is all back in Kanagawa and he couldn't handle the commute to school everyday.
Apartment size/requested address: C1005
History: Marui never planned on going pro. It wasn't his true passion like it was for many of his other teammates. It was fun, but it wasn't what he wanted. He always wanted to work with food. He wanted to cook, maybe be a baker. Always be around the wonderful sights and smells, and creating delicious things with his own two hands.
...And then he realized that. Uh. He can't cook. At all. In fact he had on occassion burnt water. Kind of an unfortunate thing, really. So, time to change plans. What else could he do with food?
Nutritionist? He gave that a go. If he couldn't make food, he could at least learn about it and see why it did the things it did?
However. That was dreadfully boring. Lipids and acids and.. bleh. Although the stint he did in these classes did open up a new interest he had never thought to explore before.
Medicine. Finding out what was wrong with people, treating them, often saving their lives(it's like being a superhero, c'mon!).. it struck a chord with him. And his parents couldn't have been happier.
